We bought 2 mattresses from The Sleep Shop. My daughters are both very happy with the mattresses. They were delivered within the delivery window original advised. The delivery service was good too, they picked up the old mattresses for recycling and the took the new ones to the respective bedrooms.

They kept me informed on the order progress and when the delivery came, the two men took the new mattress upstairs and brought the old one down and took it away, all in about 3 minutes. Due to it being in the sale, the mattress I wanted could not be ordered on the website, but the staff who took the order over the phone were extremely polite, helpful and patient.
